1. Who we are
This service ("the Service") is operated by [YOUR NAME], an individual based in [COUNTRY] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying credits you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
The Service generates images and short videos from text prompts and reference images using third-party AI models. Results are provided as-is; generation is probabilistic and we cannot guarantee that any given output will match your expectations.
3. Credits
- Credits are a prepaid unit used to pay for generations. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or withdrawn.
- Credits are deducted when a generation is queued. If a generation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- Credits do not expire while your account exists, unless we discontinue the Service.
- Unused credits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. See our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- is illegal, or infringes the rights of others;
- sexualises minors in any way;
- depicts a real person in a false, defamatory, or sexually explicit manner, or is intended to deceive (deepfakes);
- harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any person or group;
- violates the terms of the upstream model providers we rely on.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice, and without refund of remaining credits.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts you write and, subject to the upstream providers' terms, of the outputs generated from them. You grant us a limited licence to store and serve those outputs in order to operate the Service (for example, to show them in your gallery and to let you download them).
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account. One person may not maintain multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
7. Availability
The Service depends on third-party model providers and may be unavailable, slow, or produce errors. We do not offer a service level agreement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost content.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
